What We Believe

The Scriptures

The Bible to be the inspired “Word of God.”

God

There is one God, defined as the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

Jesus Christ

In the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Born of a virgin, crucified, resurrected and ascended to the right hand of the Father.

The Salvation of Man

The only way to be cleansed from our sin is through the acceptance of Jesus Christ, repentance and faith in the blood Christ shed for us.

Water Baptism

Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as Lord and personal Savior is symbolic of death to sin and resurrection to a new life.

Holy Communion

Symbolizes the broken body and shed blood of Jesus Christ as the new covenant between God and man.

We further believe . . .

As stated in Acts 2:4, the Baptism with the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it.

In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by the dwelling thereof you are able to live a Holy life.

In the resurrection of the saved and the lost. To one there shall be given “Everlasting Life” and to the other “Everlasting Damnation.”
